Field Day - DATE CHANGE
Due to the impending weather forecast for Friday, Clarkston will host Field Day for Head Start - 3rd grade students on Wednesday, June 3rd from 8:30 - 11:30. Parents wishing to watch and cheer on their student will have to get a badge first from the front office to be permitted inside the fence for field day. We will have a blast!

Library Materials

All student library materials are DUE and should be turned in as soon as possible. Please help your child locate any missing library books that may have found their way under car seats, under beds, or behind dressers. If a library book is lost, please send payment for the book so it may be replaced. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Zea at 903-262-1984. Thank you for your help.
Mrs. Dickey's Class Biographies
2nd grade has been working hard researching famous Americans and creating cool biography projects. Check out the awesome Adobe Voice video Mrs. Dickey's class made with our campus iPads. They did a great job!

Birthday Books

Celebrate your child's birthday with a special book donated to the Clarkston Media Center in their honor. Donated books will include a special birthday book plate with the child's name attached inside the front cover. On the child's birthday, Mrs.Zeawill present the book to the child in their classroom with great pomp and circumstance. The book will be checked out to the student and they will be allowed to keep their special birthday book checked out as long as they wish. The really fun part comes when their friends finally get a chance to check out their special book. This is a great way to do a little something "extra" for your child on their birthday and also help the Clarkston Media Center continue to grow our library collection.
Visit ourMedia Centerpage and click on the "Birthday Books" tab to learn more or clickHEREto visit our donation page and order your birthday book. A minimum donation of $15.00 is required for a Birthday Book.
